Keto can do a lot of things it can help with weight loss, it can help with diabetes, but it also can help you live a healthier life. My hopes and goals however is to help people live a Healthier and Happier life though eating foods that help maintain, heal, and prevent illness in the human body.

You can make changes in your foods that are not Keto and they will help you live a happier and healthier life but as far as us we love our Keto Lifestyle.

Going back to another blog I wrote Keto and Healthy Living by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik I discussed the foods we eat figure into how our bodies are in regards to health. 

This blog ventures into the choices we make and the long term medical cost and conditions it can cause to the human body.

I want you to think about what you ate today did you go to a fast food place, did you eat out at a dinner, did you drink some soda, eat some candy?

For one day write down what you ate that day, after that see if you can do it for a week.

After you do the challenge above I want you to think about how many carbs, calories and sugar you consumed in that day or week. Did it have any affect on your health, your mood, your rest, your body?

A FACT TO CONSIDER:

A study done by outside agencies concluded that in the United States poor eating habits cost about 50 billion dollars per year, and accounts for 18% of heart disease, strokes, and type 2 diabetes.

The fact that the FOOD PYRAMID was incorrect and a lot of misinformation was given on the subject of what we should be eating as our main food supply has also hurt how people perceive the right foods are. The world  has changed as well and it is moving faster, has more technology, and it is using science as a way to supplement our food as this blog explains called FOOLS GOLD.

THERE IS GOOD NEWS YOU CAN CHANGE AND IT WILL LEAD TO A HEALTHIER YOU!

Studies and research done by various agencies have proven that changes in the way we eat can reverse and even heal some diseases as I wrote in this blog CAN YOU GET OFF YOUR MEDICATIONS.

I have heard of countless stories of people changing the way they eat and it has changed the entire life including the heath of that person. There are countless doctors, experts, scientist and people like us that are living  and breathing Keto as a Lifestyle. 

Even a small change however can make a difference.

As we humans age it is harder to fight off diseases and illness so it is best if we help ourselves eat right for a happier healthier you.
