SUGAR is the number ONE ENEMY of our human bodies. 

However sugar has made it into the main stream of all most all food in the market place today.

Here are a few alternatives to Sugar you can use to cook all your goodies with that you can find on the food shelves at most stores. Also all of these can be used in a Keto Lifestyle or for Healthy Living.

STEVIA:

Stevia is a sweeter made from a plant called Stevia Rebaudiana. The plant is refined into an extract called Reb-A. Reb-A is about 200 times sweeter than table sugar. It is usually blended with ERYTHRITOL and DEXTROSE. 

ERYTHRITOL:

This sweeter is what is called a SUGAR ALCOHOL. Sugar Alcohol is found in fruits and vegetables.

The downfall to most Sugar Alcohol products are reports of digestive issues of gas and bloating.

This sweetener is used in many NO SUGAR products.

ALLULOSE:

This sweetener is made from a variety of sugars that exist in nature in small amounts.


SWERVE:

This sweetener is a combination mixture of  ERYTHRITOL and Oligosaccharides.

MONK FRUIT:

This sweetener is extracted from Monk Fruit. 



Any of these can be used in Keto or Healthy Living they all have different qualities and draw backs, However they all have been tested and studied by many different agencies and scientist and have been proven to work against Diabetes and other health diseases.
