Keto and Healthy Living ( CAN YOU GET OFF YOUR MEDICATIONS) by The Outlaw MIcheal Tomsik
Welcome to my blog about Keto and Healthy Living.
As I start most of my blogs all the information I post is researched, and based on facts found by many experts in the field. I encourage you to study and research my information yourself and make your own decisions and conclusions. After all it is your body, your health, and your happiness.
Annie and I are going on two years of living a Keto Lifestyle.
We are happier plus healthier so we both decided that we would share our story.
My blogs are designed to help educate you on living a happier healthier life.
If you take any kind of medication please break out your bottle and look at the side affects to the human body. Read the side affects or look them up.
After you read the bottle ask yourself why you are taking a medication that causes these side affects to your body?
Many people take multiple medications and side affects multiply with every medication.
What if I told you research and studies have proven eating the proper foods can help cure or prevent many of the diseases we get as humans with no medications or side affects but better health!
WARNING:
You should consult with your provider of health before making any decisions to stop medications!
Here are some foods that you can eat that will do the same or better than a medication but with no bad side affects.
