CAN KETO HELP PREVENT OR EVEN FIGHT OFF THE COVID 19 VIRUS?
A recent study published by The Journal of Transnational Medicine reported that a Ketogentic Lifestyle or Diet may be useful in this area. The reason why is that Keto helps with reduction of fat mass and has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects, and improves cardiovascular health.
However there is not enough evidence to suggest living a Keto Lifestyle or Healthy Living will protect against Covid 19.
Being healthy and having a strong immune system can help fight off many illness and diseases in the human body.
Keto has a proven track record to work for weight loss, epilepsy, metabolic syndrome, glycogen storage disease, PCOS, diabetes, some cancers, autism, parkinson disease, and other human diseases and illness.
Eating healthy foods even if not on Keto can also help fight off illness and disease in the human body!
