Keto and Healthy Living (LIFESTYLE CHANGES) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

Welcome back to my Keto and Healthy Living blog.

I recently had several encounters with different people about Keto and Healthy Living and changing your life by eating the correct foods. So in this blog today I am going to discuss what people believe is Keto or Healthy Living.

My wife Annie had a friend whom asked her for advice on losing weight and eating healthy. However when my wife gave the friend the advice we normally give to most people starting on Keto or trying to eat a healthy lifestyle the friend did not like what we had to say. So the friend asked another friend whom was stating they had been doing Keto.

The advice given was really amazing the other friend told the first friend you do not eat fat on Keto that is what makes you fat. This is totally untrue as Keto uses good fats to make the body burn fat that is called Ketosis. As my example chart below shows you how it works.



The truth is Annie and I have done more research than most people and we back it up with facts. Annie emails and communicates with some of the top leading doctors that not only live a Keto lifestyle but they use it to treat many patients. We read and follow medical studies and use our own Keto lifestyle to lead by example. I myself have decided to dedicate my blogs to both Keto and Healthy Living Lifestyles.

Eating healthy can actually avoid or reduce many of the illness and diseases we get as humans today.

You really have to understand Keto or even Healthy Living to gain the benefits of feeling better, healthier and happier lifestyle. 

You can not expect to start Keto or Eating Healthy and stop and wounder why there are no results that is why I prefer to call it a LIFESTLYE not a diet. To me a diet is something you are doing for a temporary time and not planning on keep doing it. A LIFESTYLE is a forever change.

In another encounter we had been in a store and talking to our grandson about Keto who tried it for 30 days and lost 11 pounds.  A lady whom overhead our conversation politely asked us how our grandson lost 11 pounds.
Annie and I both replied Keto. 
The lady seemed happy and was really excited.
However as soon as we mentioned lowering carbs and reducing sugar she was already discouraged. 
This seems to be the normal response we get.

On a recent trip to my older daughter Sarah's home in Saint Lois we began the same topic with her co worker. He wanted to lose weight but the instant we mentioned the carbs and sugar the interest was lost.

So here is the truth about sugar it is one of the main causes of bad health in humans. Sugar is related to heart conditions, diabetes, weight gain, and many other health conditions. 
Sugar is in most all products we consume. 
You can have some sugar but if your doing Keto or Healthy Living you should reduce the sugar intake dramatically for a better LIFESTYLE.

Carbs are used by the body to create energy as well however they work much differently than Ketosis.
Carbs work more with blood glucose and incline to function in the human body.

You can make small changes that can lead to bigger changes!
