Keto and Healthy Living ( What else can I do to Live Healthy) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
Welcome to my Blog about our KETO LIFESTYLE and HEALTHY LIVING
Our story into our Keto Lifestyle came from many reasons family illness and disease and the pure desire to live a happier and healthier life just by eating the food we love. After nearly two years we have lost weight, gotten off medications, and became healthier, and you can live a happier and healthier life as well just through eating the right foods.
So I have shared through blogs and given out a lot of information, made challenges, gained some knowledge, increased my education on nutrition. One of the simplest changes we can make is the way we eat. At this point I can only tell you that the Keto Lifestyle works for us and we have no plans of changing it up, but you may not think Keto is for you but you can still do things to live healthy through food and other ways.
To LIVE HEALTHY changing the way we eat foods is probably the number one thing we can do for our human bodies. Food fuels the body, it prevents disease, it stops illness, it heals the body, and it creates nutrients for the body. However here are a few other things we can do to LIVE HEALTHY.
TAKE VITAMINS AND MINERALS:
Though I am not a fan of SUPPLEMENTS taking a multi vitamins or using minerals has proven to be help in health. They can help bones, heal wounds, and help the immune system. Make sure you research the vitamins or minerals you need to take and discuss your situation with a health care provider.
EXERCISE:
The human body has an amazing system but exercise has been proven to help with many areas of health. As with anything what type of exercise, and how much exercise you can do will depend on your health situation and desire you have to be healthy. As above always consult a health care provider and make a plan for your exercise plan for your health.
VISIT YOUR HEALTH PROVIDER:
The last year has been somewhat of a challenge to many in seeing a health care provider. I am really bad about this I just do not like Doctors. However keeping track of your health will benefit you so I recommend you talk with your Health Care Provider.
ENJOY LIFE:
Enjoying life and living stress fee as possible can go a long ways toward your health. Find things that you enjoy and make you happy. Scientist have evidence that being happy has a huge impact on your health.
