Thanks for following my wife Annie and myself in our journey to eat better and live a Keto Lifestyle.

I am calling this blog FOOLS GOLD as I discuss products such as shakes, pills and products that may seem to be Keto and Healthy Living but they really are not a substitute for changing your LIFESTYLE.

I encourage anything that promotes a better and healthier lifestyle but my reasons for calling shakes, pills and other products FOOLS GOLD is because much like a diet they are temporary and do not encourage a LIFESTYLE change. 

Also there just is no substitute for eating better foods to be more healthy. Some of these products may contain ingredients that would have side affects that hurts the human body and does not make it healthier.

Before you use a product that says it is Keto or used for weight loss you should research the ingredients, and the side affects. 

Another issue with shakes, pills or other products may include the cost of the products. Many of the products are expensive and it is just cheaper to buy the food you need for a Keto or Healthy Living LIFESTYLE.

Some of the supplements that say they are Keto or used for weight loss may hurt your metabolism instead of helping it. There is research that shows shakes, pills, and other products may mess with digestion, and you may get more vitamins and minerals from real food. 

Some side affects may include excessive thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, hunger, confusion, light headiness and shakes, sweating and chills.

Pills, Shakes and other products also may be FOOLS GOLD because they have not been researched, and results may very depending on the product.

The bottom line is if you are wanting a LIFESTYLE change Pills, Shakes and other products may be a short term solution, or be used for a supplement but eating the correct foods that will lead you to a happier healthier life and to better health is a better option in my opinion.

You can choose the FOOLS GOLD or GET THE REAL GOLD IN THE LONG RUN.
