These companies are not illegal but some of them can be pretty shady. It is open daily 9 AM to 4 PM November to February and 9 AM to 5 PM March to October. Depending on the weather it is open daily. FREE PARKING: The Zoo offers free parking but  if another event or something is going on at the fairgrounds parking can be challenging. ADMISSION COST: Children 3 to 12 are $14 and Teens and Adults over the age of 13 are $19  If you're a local you may want to consider a year pass if you're going to visit a lot.
