Wild Animal Safari in Stafford, Missouri review by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

On Saturday March 20th 2021 I ventured with my wife Annie and my daughter Alyssa to Wild Life Safari.

I had read several reviews and been told that this Safari was worth the visit and since it was a drive through and we could do it with no risk of Covid 19 we gave it a try.

At a cost of $23 per adult to drive through the Safari and walk through the Zoo part of the park it was really DISAPPOINTING!

Advertisements for this Safari and the web page state there are 65 species and 325 animals along 350 acres and a 5 mile drive through.

First of all there was no where near 65 species of animals we saw one Lion and Lioness, Arctic Fox, Monkeys, Reptiles, and Giraffes in the walk around area. 

The cages had been small and it looked as the animals needed more care than what was being provided.

Many of the animals had been ones you could see on a farm like goats, lamas, emu's, bison, deer, elk, pigs, and other animals.

As far as the drive through included bears, hyenas, wolves, large cats, pigs, deer, elk, pigs, lamas.

The drive is a narrow winding road that goes around the park and we found some zebra, emus, ostriches, camels, bison, pigs, elk, and other types of deer.

However many parts of the park your looking at the woods, and the lake or river that flows through the park. The cars pile up because the road is narrow and has a few pull over spots but we found ourselves slowly driving through behind a massive pile of cars.

Also another issue I saw was people could have entered without paying, there was no one checking to see if people paid at the gates of the walk through, or the drive through part of the park.

Also they sold us 2 cups of some type of food but none of the animals really wanted the blocks of food and we got charged $6.50 each cup and we got 2.

Personally it was not worth it, I would have asked for my money back, and I will not be going to this Safari again.
