So one of the best things you can do is completely STOP drinking Soda or Pop. 

Just doing this will improve your health and open a door to a happier healthier you.

WHY SHOULD YOU STOP DRINKING SODA OR POP?

Lets use 5 major brands of Soda or Pop:

Pepsi, Coke, 7-UP, Mountain Dew, and DR Pepper.

THIS INFO WAS TAKEN DIRECTLY OFF THE CAN LABEL IN THE STORE

PEPSI:  7.5 Ounce can has 100 Calories, and 52% sugar.

COKE: 7.5 Ounce can has 90 Calories, and 50% sugar.

7-UP: 7.5 Ounce can has 90 Calories ans 48% sugar.

Dr Pepper: 7.5 Ounce bottle has 100 Calories and 24% sugar.

Mountain Dew: 7.5 Ounce can has 110 Calories and 58% sugar.

Dr Pepper has the lowest sugar percentage but when you move up to a 20 Ounce bottle Dr Pepper moves to 68% sugar. All of these brands increase with the more ounces in calories and sugar.

OTHER SIDE EFFECTS ON THE HUMAN BODY:

WEIGHT GAIN:

Drinking just one soda per day can add 135.000 calories per year, and has been linked to weight gain, and has affects on metabolism, insulin levels, and other body functions.

MAY MAKE YOU AGE FASTER:

Research done by government agencies and other sources showed soda increases the aging process.

REDUCES SPERM COUNT:

Studies and research showed that there was a direct link to sperm count and how much soda was consumed.Subjects whom drank one soda per day reduced sperm count up to 30%.

MAY AFFECT YOUR KIDNEYS:

An experiment done in Japan with over 8000 participants showed that those whom drank one soda a day showed signs that the Kidneys had been slowing down.

BAD FOR YOUR HEART:

In a report done by The American Heart Association those who drank one 12 ounce soda per day increased the risk of a heart attack by 20%.

BRAIN ISSUES:

Studies showed soda can lead to ADHD and ALTIMETERS DISEASE.

WHAT ABOUT DIET SODA? 

Research has shown diet soda is not any healthier for the human body as they may affect the heart, and increase a chance of a stroke or diabetes.
