Welcome one and all who are wanting to live a better healthier and happier lifestyle. So the past blogs I have been pushing a lot of information on you all I discussed What Is In Our Food , Why The Food Pyramid is Wrong , and Carbs and Calories . FACT: It has been proven scientifically through studies and research that the way we eat directly affects our HEALTH in our human bodies! So I use our everyday life as experiences and learning so recently one of our relatives got told to drink water. She absolutely refuses to drink water and it seems so strange to Annie and I. We use to drink soda, teas, and other drinks. Annie and I still enjoy a brewed dark tea, and she loves coffee. However besides that water is all we drink any more.
