Welcome to my blog about our story of our Keto Life and my hopes of you reading my blogs is that you can have a HAPPY and HEALTHY life yourself. My belief is that food is one of the most important factors in your entire life. Food fuels out body and it has been proven time and time again food has the ability to heal our bodies, prevent disease, and help in our overall life.

With this in mind Annie my wife and I have educated ourselves, and keep learning about overall health and nutrition for the human body. We live a KETO LIFESTYLE but I also feel that some people may need to find a way to just live a HEALTHY LIFE.

So is it possible to have Wine, Beer, Liquor, in Keto Lifestyle or in a Healthy Lifestyle?

Alcohol is burned around 90 percent through the body's metabolism. The kidneys and gastro-intestinal tract play. The liver is the main organ responsible for the transformation alcohol absorbed in the blood stream. 

WINE< BEER<LIQUOR

Alcohol can lead to the development of chronic diseases such as High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Stroke, Liver Disease, and Digestive Problems. Other diseases such as Cancer of the Breast, Mouth, Throat, Esophagus, Voice Box, Liver, Colon, and Rectum issues also can be caused by alcohol.

You can drink Wine on Keto, also wine can be incorporated into a Healthy Life Style. You have to watch the Carbs and Sugar. Try to find one that is low in carbs between 3 to 4 carbs if possible.

Alcohol like Rum, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Whiskey has 0 grams per 1.5 ounces per serving size.

Beer can vary a lot but once again try to find a beer that is low in carbs and sugar.

Try to stay away from soda, sweeteners, and other types of mixers that will add sugar or carbs.

Though it may be better just to avoid drinking alcohol if possible. 

Though it is okay to drink alcohol while living a Keto Lifestyle or Healthy Lifestyle. 

MARIJUANA 

Believe it or not Marijuana is a plant that nature produced. Though the Federal Government for years classified it as a Narcotic and still is illegal on the Federal levels of the law. The last few years however many States have made it legal. This has made a wide variety of products available.

It has been proven through much research that this plant has healing properties that can help the human body. One of the  side effects that come with using marijuana is that it makes people want to eat more food.

The only thing  I can warn you about is to watch the things you consume. Many of the products have a lot of sugar involved, so if you are a marijuana user just watch what you consume and how much.
