Face it we live in a fast paced world, though I feel it is better to create and cook your foods at home with family it is not always possible. Annie and I struggle with lunches, and dinner on a daily basis. We often pack our lunches and pre make dinners so we can cook them after work for dinner. However like many of you different things come up, the plan we have is changed, or we are just to tired and exhausted from all our daily lives.

Over the years we have reduced our going out to fast food or restaurants to very rarely. This is due to most of them do not offer Healthy Foods or Keto Menus. However here are some tips on ways to go to fast food or restaurants and still have a meal that fits into a KETO LIFESTYLE or HEALTHY LIVING.

TIP ONE:

Many fast food places and restaurants will remove buns from sandwiches and offer a lettuce wrap. You can do this with hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, tuna, or other types of sandwiches, 

TIP TWO: 

Stay away from fried foods if possible try to get grilled or baked food.

TIP THREE:

Ask the restaurant if they offer a Salad Bar. 

TIP FOUR:

Research the restaurant your going to plus call and ask if they offer Keto or Healthy Living Foods.

TIP FIVE:

Read the menu and ask if you can change things offered in the meals like french fries for a veggie!

TIP SIX:

Watch dressings for salads and barbecue rubs , and avoid meats cooked using sugar based rubs.

TIP SEVEN:

Do not let family, friends, co workers, or others talk you into changing your Healthy Eating Choices.

TIP EIGHT:

Avoid doing a Cheat Day or Cheat Meal. There are plenty of meals and foods you can do healthy without cheating. I advocate for not doing cheat days or meals because if you are doing Keto it will place you out of Ketosis. If your doing Healthy Living it is a set back as well to your overall health and happiness.

TIP NINE:

Life should be about having Love, Happiness, and Joy !
