UNR vs UCONN Girls Basketball Game Nov 28th
The game set a record attendance tonight 7812 people the biggest audience a girls basketball game has had at UNR according to the announcers at the game. UNR attempted to keep in the game but the audience could tell as UCONN outscored UNR by more than 25 points the entire game.
The crowd cheered as UNR made baskets but all together the crowd was pretty quiet the entire game. Alyssa and I agreed that the crowd was much quieter than the men's basketball game we went to the prior week.
UNR mascots need to get into the game more often and get the crowd motivated. The half time shows could use more entertainment and better dancing and shows. A lot of the half time is used for contest and a short time dancing from the cheerleaders. A better half time show could be done.
However it was a good game and we enjoyed it.
