You can sign up online or there also is an APP you can find in PLAYSTORE. You must enter some information and have a way to pay for the merchandise you buy. After that you can scroll through the web page or app and bid on items. To pick up your items you do need the app and you will need to go pickup at the warehouse located in Springfield at 2965 E Jean Street. The hours for pick ups are listed on the web page.
