Keto and Healthy Living ( HOW MUCH PLASTIC DO PEOPLE EAT) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
Welcome to my blog about our Keto Lifestyle and Healthy Living.
Annie and I are in our 3rd year of our Keto Life and we decided that we wanted to help people and others live a happier and healthy life. We have educated ourselves and are constantly learning new things about Keto and Healthy Living. In our blogs we discuss a variety of subjects about healthy living and Keto.
Would you believe me if I told you humans are consuming 5 grams of plastic every week, 21 grams per month, or 350 grams per year.
Reports say that we can eat as much as 40 pounds in a lifetime.
WHAT DOES IT DO TO THE HUMAN HEALTH SYSTEM?
Unfortunately we eat, breath, and drink micro-plastics every day and it does have a lasting impact on our health. Reports show that the human body can get some cancers, infertility, and can affect neuro-development disorders like ADHD and Autism.
However there are reports from scientist and studies that have determined that they have no idea on the affects on human health.
The conclusion was that it was impossible to determine.
IS THERE A WAY FOR HUMAN NOT TO CONSUME PLASTICS?
According to scientist and researchers you may be able to reduce some plastic consumption but because it is in the water, air and food it is nearly impossible to avoid.
SOME WAYS TO REDUCE PLASTIC CONSUMPTION:
Use a recyclable water bottle or use the same bottle, say NO to plastic straws, use a recyclable coffee cup, buy fruits and veggies that are fresh and not packaged in plastic, re use laundry containers, say NO to plastic silverware, Use bottles for milk and other juices instead of plastic containers, avoid micro-beads, use recyclable bags for shopping or cloth bags or paper bags.
CAN KETO and HEALTHY LIVING HELP FIGHT OFF DISEASES FROM PLASTIC CONSUMPTION?
While it may be nearly impossible for humans not to consume plastic the good news is that Healthy Living and the Keto Lifestyle can certainly help fight off diseases and illness caused by the plastic consumption. It is well documented and scientifically researched the way we eat directly affects our health.
The Keto Lifestyle and Healthy Living Lifestyle will benefit your heath and happiness just by the foods you eat.
