ESPN should hire The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
ESPN is under the gun for massive layoffs in the sports world but we have all seen this coming for years. In Florida for 4 years I worked with ESPN as an independent Journalist, broadcaster, radio and TV personality.
It was as fun for me as it was for the fans not every sport is as popular or seen as much as the four major sports such as National Football League, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, UFC, MMA and Boxing, along with many National Motor Sports like Nascar.
However here is my advice for ESPN there are tons of amature sports personalities like me that would love to cover ESPN events so why not hire us as independent consultants. ESPN could hold auditions or even get fans involved in some type of contest to hire on air personalities"
ESPN could pay much less salaries and I am sure that most of the people like ME would be willing to take a role in the sports world. This could still save the company money and give people opportunity to do something that would be fun and entertaining.
For myself I would love to anything with sports again I had a great time and meet so many wonderful people so my message to ESPN is why not give us little guys a shot?
