I dont like posting legal jargon but recently an Issue came up and I need to post this legal jargon.

## 1. Opinions are opinions

Content published by Tomsik Media includes news reporting, commentary, opinion, interviews, and entertainment. Statements of opinion — including reviews, criticism, and personal views expressed by hosts, guests, and contributors — are just that: opinions. They are not statements of fact and are protected expression under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 8 of the Missouri Constitution.

## 2. Not professional advice

Nothing published by Tomsik Media is legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or investment advice. If you need advice in any of those areas, talk to a licensed professional. Acting on something you heard in a video or read in a post is at your own risk.
