I challenge you take my one week challenge. Se how you feel after one week. Check your weight and blood sugar through out the week. See the change in you. Keep in mind, if you don't feel hungry then don't eat. Skipping a meal is actually good for you. If you need a snack, have unsweetened tea or water. You can go this. Don't cheat, because you only cheat yourself. Keep a record of what you eat and any progress.
