 WELCOME TO MY BLOG ABOUT OUR STORY LIVING A KETO LIFE AND HEALTHY LIVING!

My wife Annie and I are in our 3rd year of our Keto Life. We research and study including watching videos, reading books and articles, study nutrition and health for the human body. We belong to groups and talk to leading doctors and health care providers all in the idea that we are hoping to improve our life just through eating food. We also hope that our efforts are shared with all whom are interested in a happier and healthier life just by eating the food our bodies need and desire to keep us happy and healthy.

Face it today there are many issues in our world there is a nasty virus called Covid 19, foods are genetically modified, there is a world full of pollution, natural disasters, and many different opinions on what is healthy for us humans and what is not. A person could go crazy just thinking about all of this information.

The best advice I can give for the question above is to do your own research, educate yourself, consult with professional health care providers, and know yourself.

The fact is we all age from the time we are born to the time we pass away from this world. Some of our health issues are from genetics, but some are from our personal choices. 

So here is some advice to help you keep yourself happy and healthy just from eating the right foods.

GROW YOUR OWN FOOD:

If you have the ability to have a small garden or even a few plants growing your own food can be a really good hobby, and also really good for your health, and also may help your pocketbook.

BUY FOOD FROM LOCAL FARMS OR LOCAL FOOD MARKETS:

If you do not have the ability to grow your own food getting food from a local farmer or farmers, or going to local Food Market can be very fun, and you get a better food quality. You should ask questions however like if the farmer uses a pesticide. You should also inquire about where the farm is there are many scams out there in the food market. Usually foods cost more at markets because people are under the impression the food is grown by the farmers. However recently some evidence has been provided that vendors at some markets buy the food and re sell it. This is not so much the issue if they tell the truth about it but many do not. The food may still be healthy and grown on a farm but the vendor is not the farmer.

RESEARCH AND STUDY ABOUT FOODS THAT ARE GOOD FOR YOU:

There has been enough evidence and scientific research done that proves without a debate that the food we eat as humans has a direct and lasting impact on our health and happiness. Maybe Keto may not be for you or maybe you just want to live a Healthier Lifestyle. Take some time and effort to research and study about food and nutrition it will help you determine what works for you. Each  one of us is different and unique therefore each of us may require different foods to help us with our health and happiness.

AVOID BAD CHOICES:

Drinking to much alcohol, or smoking tobacco may not be the best choices and often lead to health issues. Eating foods with chemicals, modifications,  or altered often leads to health issues as well.

ENJOY YOUR LIFE:

In many studies and scientific research has proven stress, or just being unhappy with your life can create health issues. Try to enjoy your life even though at times this can be very hard to accomplish.

ASK IS THE DOCTOR OR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER DOING WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU:

Many health care providers and doctors do not study nutrition and health in depth. Many times they want to prescribe medications for an illness instead of fighting it naturally. Though recently this theory has started to change in many areas of the health industry. More and more health professionals are using food to cure and prevent major illness and diseases in humans instead of medications.

Though in 2021 there are many issues in staying happy and healthy it still can be done!
