Keto and Healthy Living ( WHAT ABOUT MY BLOOD-TYPE) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

WELCOME TO MY BLOG ABOUT OUR KETO LIFESTYLE AND HEALTHY LIVING

Annie and I are in our 3rd year of our Keto Lifestyle, and we hope to also help you in a journey of happy and healthy living as well. Currently Annie and I have been researching and educating ourselves even more this is so we can bring you information that will be helpful in your journey to health and happiness just from the foods you choose to consume.

Annie and I had been in a line at our local food store and I saw this article about Keto and Blood-Types.

I read the article and had to ask did this person even research the information, did they really understand what they are saying, and how do you print an article with no research or true facts. So I began my own research and determined I would get to the truth and facts about blood-types and food.

IS THERE ANY TRUTH TO WHAT YOU EAT CAN AFFECT YOUR BLOOD -TYPE or DOES YOUR BLOOD-TYPE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH WHAT YOU SHOULD EAT?

According to research I discovered  there is NO EVIDENCE or SCIENTIFIC DATA that a particular Blood-Type should dictate what kinds of foods you should consume.

In 1996 a Doctor named Peter D'Adamo developed a Blood-Type diet and recently it has been gaining news on social media and the internet as of lately. The plan adopted certain foods depending on your blood-type. However the foods suggested included Plants,Lean Proteins, Healthy Fats, and to avoid White Grains and Sugar. (SOUND FAMILIAR AT ALL)

In recent studies and research it was found that our food choices should not be determined by our blood-type. There just is not enough research and evidence to provide an answer as to if foods and a particular blood-type are related in any way.

Also in these studies they found LIFESTYLE CHANGES and not CRASH DIETS work best for overall health benefits.

This is one reason I call it a LIFESTYLE and not a DIET!

While conducting the studies and research there was some evidence that a particular blood-type could be related to a person having a higher risk of type 2 diabetes or heart attacks. However in these studies and research no nutritional information was included in the research and studies therefore they could not determine a result from the research and studies.

The TRUTH and FACTS about FOOD and BLOOD-TYPES is that if you eat healthier your overall health will change. It has been researched and studied and is undisputed in the scientific and health world that what you eat directly will affect your overall health and happiness.

Even if Keto may not be your cup of tea, just making healthier choices can make a big change in your life.

I encourage you to discuss your health with your health care provider or consult a nutritional expert because each one of us is different, each one of us is unique, and each one of us requires different health options.
