Food is the nutrition our human bodies needs to survive, no matter what foods you choose to eat it is absolutely needed for our bodies to function. Foods can help prevent many diseases and human illness, food can also create some of them as well however. 

It is all about how we choose to use food and what our choices will lead to for our human bodies..

In talking to people about a KETO LIFESTYLE or even HEALTHY LIVING  I noticed one of the first things I hear from them is I DO NOT HAVE TIME.

In today's world we move at a faster pace I believe. Think about it back in the day no computers, or technology. Often in the past people spent more time at family gatherings, cooking meals, sitting down to a home made meal. It more rare that you hear that today as things in the world have changed.

Time is something we need to take back as living a KETO LIFESTYLE or HEALTHY LIVING is going to require more time to make good healthy and nutritional meals and choices.

HERE ARE SOME TRUE FACTS ABOUT FAST FOOD:

In America in 2020 there was an estimated 196, 839 FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS in America.  

TACO BELL was listed as the Healthiest Fast Food business in 2019.

In 1970 the FAST FOOD INDUSTRY was only making 6 billion in revenues, and today the estimate is around 200 billion.

In research and studies it has been found consuming to much FAST FOOD causes obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, danger of dementia, and the inability to control your appetite.

HERE IS A TRUE FACT ABOUT EATING HOME COOKED MEALS:

In research and studies it has been found eating home cooked meals on a regular basis people tend to be happier and healthier. The study also showed that people consumed less sugar, and processed foods. Just from eating home cooked meals on a regular bases lead to higher energy levels and better mental health.

Spend time with your family and friends or loved ones and enjoy your life!
