Keto and Healthy Living ( LOSING 15 MORE POUNDS) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik


          WELCOME TO MY BLOG ABOUT OUR KETO LIFESTYLE AND HEALTHY LIVING.

Annie and I started our Keto Lifestyle back in August 2019 and since we started a lot of knowledge and learning about how foods directly affect our bodies and how eating the correct foods can help you maintain a healthy body, and live a happy life.

OUR STORY:
As I mentioned in one of my blogs Annie and I started by researching  Cancer and Diabetes because we had family members and friends  who had been having issues with these diseases. It never really stuck us that we had been on the road to bad health ourselves until Annie was diagnosed as pre diabetic. 
At the time I had been gaining weight I had topped out at 260 pounds, Annie though she will not disclose her weight ( We should all respect that as well) had been having many medical issues.

In August of 2019 we made a decision together to change our lives to a KETO LIFESTYLE.

Since that time Annie is much healthier no longer taking any medications and has lost 85 pounds, and myself have lost 50 pounds. Our lives have completely changed from a health point of view as ANnie is no longer diabetic, and she also does not need any of the blood pressure medications, or any other medication she was taking.

So here recently we made another choice to lose 15 more pounds together by our 2 year anniversary of our Keto Lifestyle and that would be in August of 2021.

I want to talk a little about weight and goals it seems getting the last pounds or weight you want off is the hardest part of losing weight. Many people I talk to have a hard time getting to that exact point they feel they need to be for the to be at the highest point of health and happiness.

Annie and over the past 2 years have established ourselves in a Keto Lifestyle, we countinue to educate ourselves and learn, this includes education that is for Healthy Living and not just Keto. I decided to blog about our story and it has become a way for me to help you live a happier and healthier life.

So once again Annie and I are making some changes to get to our goal in August of losing 15 more pounds and I wanted to share a few of the changes we are doing.

Annie is currently going with Bullet Proof Coffee.

BULLET PROOF COFFEE:
This beverage is described as the original Keto coffee. Annie loves coffee and me not so much unless it is an ice coffee and you probably could make this into an iced coffee as well.

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Brew 1 cup of coffee
Add MCT Oil
Add a small amount of butter around maybe 1/4 slice off a stick of butter.
Blend it and drink it.

WHAT IS MCT OIL:
MCT Oil is a supplement made from a type of fat. Usually made from Coconut or Palm Kernel. 
It is mostly used for weight loss, appetite control, extra energy, and inflammation.

WHERE CAN YOU GET MCT OIL:
You can find it at most stores that carry products for healthy living or online.

Myself am going with more hand made drinks and shakes and fat bombs.

KETO FRIENDLY SHAKES:

There are five flavors I like Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Blueberry, and Cinnamon
You can use a combo of any Keto friendly fruits or veggies you want however.

WHAT YOU CAN USE IN THE SHAKE:
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Cashew or Almond Butter
Sweetener like Monk Fruit or Stevia 
(any approved Keto sweetener will work as well)
Ice

Add: Coca powder, strawberries, blueberries, vanilla extract, or cinnamon, or what ever you like that is Keto friendly.
I also add Chia and Flax seeds to mine.

Annie and I also are both doing intermittent fasting.

FACTS ABOUT FASTING:

Fasting can be good for weight loss, reduce blood sugar by 3 to 6%, reduces bad LDL Cholesterol, helps with brain hormones and nerve cells.

You can Fast in several ways Annie is only eating One Meal a day, myself I fast between 4 to 24 hours at a


time.
You should not do more that 24 hours at a time, and you should talk to medical professional or your doctor before fasting.
