Keto and Healthy Living ( CAN FOOD HELP YOU WITH YOUR LOVE LIFE) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

In some of my more recent blogs we have discussed the research of food and how what we eat directly affects our health in our human bodies.  We have talked about calories, carbs, sugar, diseases, water, and more but what about LOVE and YOUR SEX LIFE ?

The question I am proposing : 

CAN FOOD HELP YOU WITH YOUR PARTNER IN THE BEDROOM?

I can see it as clearly as day your thoughts racing in your mind, and what your probably thinking about right at this moment is Micheal is crazy. Foods we eat have more impact on our human body than you can ever imagine. Our bodies use food for energy to be able to function as a human you must consume food.

So has there been a link established to foods and your sex life?

The answer may surprise you there has been some evidence that some foods may increase your sex drive.

SHELLFISH:

Oysters hit the top of the list in this department as they have aphrodisiacs due to being really high in Zinc.

Zinc has been shown to increase blood flow, boost stamina, and help the body make testosterone.

They also found that Mussels and Scallops have similar qualities as well.

Maybe shellfish is not your ting evidence that Salmon or fish that are omega-rich can promote healthy blond flow.

The good news here is all Shellfish and Salmon can be used on Keto or for  Healthy Living.

WATERMELON:

Watermelon is high in the amino acid L Citruline. 

In a study done in Italy with men watermelon was found to relax blood vessels in the same manner as Viagra.  

In other research studies watermelon increased the sex drive in women as well.

Watermelon is Keto and Healthy Living approved.

FIGS:

Figs are a super fruit that has been shown to have the similar affects as Oysters.

Though Figs can be consumed in the Keto Lifestyle they are high in Carbs, and would have to be limited if your living a Keto Lifestyle

CHOCOLATE:

Research studies show chocolate releases a chemical that is associated with lust and love. 

You can consume Dark Chocolate if living a Keto Lifestyle, it is recommended for the Chocolate to be at minim of 70% Coca. Also you will need to watch the sugar intake from the chocolate even if your just living a Healthy Lifestyle the Dark Chocolate is better for you.

APPLES:

Apples are high in quercetin that controls prostate issues for men and cystitis in Women.

Other foods also include berries, cherries, and onions.

For people in a Keto Lifestyle Berries are better than the Apples because Apples have high carbs.

If you living a Healthy Lifestyle than why not try an APPLE A DAY!

In closing there is evidence that some foods can help you and your partner in the bedroom!
