Cash Living is it possible in 2021 by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
I have been blogging about living a cash lifestyle for a while, however things change, life happens so is it even possible to live a cash lifestyle in 2021?
What is a CASH LIFESTYLE ?
A cash lifestyle is living with no loans, no credit, and living with in the means of your income vs your debt.
I have in the past expressed using a debit card as long as it has no credit attached, this is because in our current world a debit card is easier than actual cash unfortunately.
So let me ask you CAN YOU BUY A HOUSE OR A HOME WITH CASH?
Most people in America can not most people must get a loan to make a purchase of a home.
So let me ask you CAN YOU BUY A VEHICLE WITH CASH?
Most people in America can not buy a vehicle with cash either, though it is more possible than buying a home.
The truth is many Americans have little or no savings and live paycheck to paycheck.
According to reports from various government agencies nearly 553, 732 people experience being homeless, This averages out to 17 out of 10,000 in the general population.
According to reports from various government agencies nearly 43.96 million people live in poverty in America in 2019.
The simple fact is has become harder and harder to live in a cash lifestyle in America, though I will not say impossible. Here are some challenges I have for you to start your way to a cash lifestyle.
Challenge One:
First day leave the cards at home and leave with money in your wallet and only use it today.
Do Not use a debit card, see if it creates any issues.
Challenge Two:
If you passed day one lets try 1 week using only cash.
Do not use a debit card see if it creates any issues.
How to work towards a cash lifestyle advice:
Start small by paying off small debts and loans, if you have multiple credit cards try to pay them off and reduce yourself down to one card.
If you have a car loan or mortgage loan keep paying it.
Try to build a savings , buy stocks, or start a retirement account.
The goal is build a income that you can live off or get to a point where your income is able to cover all your debts.
Keep monitoring your credit because in this trying times you may need it.
Good Luck and email me tell me your story or join me on my podcast!
