My company is licensed in Nevada under The Sectary of the State in Washoe County and operates in Reno and Sparks Nevada. The company is listed as an INVESTMENT COMPANY.
In 2015 Nevada Gaming passed a law allowing a company to offer SPORTS WAGERING FOR INVESTMENT to customers in the USA. Legally
MTSTC can accept money to wager on sports for INVESTMENT from any where in the USA.
MTSTC can accept money to wager on sports or horses for INVESTMENT reasons only.
HORSES ARE ONLY FOR THE LARGER RACES SUCH AS:
Kentucky Derby, Breeders Cup, Belmont Stakes, and Preakness
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Investor Must be over 21 years of age.
Investor must be able to provide a valid ID and Social Security if Investment amount is over $10,000 dollars or if payout for the Investment wager is over $10,000 dollars.
Investor must be able to provide an ID is asked by MTSTC and a valid mailing address is to be provided by Investor.
MTSTC does not report to ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY except for NEVADA GAMING.
Investor agrees that if MTSTC is contacted by any GOVERNMENT AGENCY Investors information will be provided to that agency and investor will be mailed a notification letter from MTSTC.
Investor agrees that MTSTC can provide local sports books with information if needed but Investor will be notified in writing by MTSTC.
Investor agrees to make deposits to MTSTC before any wagers are made for Investor.
WHEN AND WHERE MTSTC OPERATES:
MTSTC operates from JULY TO APRIL and is closed MAY AND JUNE.
MTSTC makes all wagers a local sports books in the RENO and SPARKS AREA in NEVADA.
LOSSES AND PROFIT PAY OUTS:
The INVESTOR understands and agrees that MTSTC is not liable for any losses if they happen.
Deposits can be made at any time during July 1st to April 1st.
Payouts are made every TUESDAY by MTSTC by PAYPAL or CHECK.
Final payouts are made by APRIL 15th every year.
TAXES:
Investor is responsible for any and all taxes MTSC will send weekly reports of losses and profits to Investor and a final report will be sent by April 15th every year.
FEES:
MTSTC charges a strait 10% FEE on all winning wagers and nothing for any losing wagers.
Investor will be charged any fees for transferring of money via Pay Pal, Bank Transfers or Check.
DEPOSITS AND PAYOUTS:
Deposits can be made through PAYPAL, ANY CREDIT CARDS, or CHECK or MONEY ORDER.
Deposits can be made any time from June 1st through April 1st.
Payouts for profits are paid on Tuesdays.
Investment money must be deposited before games or horses are wagered.
Investment money is required to stay in the account at least 7 Days, the Investor must notify MTSTC in writing if Investor wants Investment money returned before April 15th of every year.

LEGAL ISSUES:
MTSTC does not have any type of contracts or agreement forms the Investor will be sent a copy of this form after first investment and the INVESTOR BY DEPOSITING MONEY TO MTSTC has legally agreed to follow the terms and conditions of this agreement. If the Investor breaks any part of this agreement or refuses to cooperate with MTSTC the information on the INVESTOR will be turned over to Nevada Gaming or other authorities for investigation.
In case of any legal issues the INVESTOR may contact NEVADA GAMING and file a complaint that will be investigated by THE NEVADA GAMING COMMISSION any other legal matters need to be directed MTSTC in writing and send to address below.
