Government vs Sports by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
After days of fighting with the NFL our President Donald Trump may get a lesson from the sports world. As in my other blog lets face it Sports is one of Americas top employment and revenue industries. Between the four Major Sports Leagues we are talking Billions of dollars in revenues. If any of these leagues or all of them joined together and revolt against the GOVERNMENT than we the people of America will fell the instant effects of a major collapse in the economy.
The fight is getting worse as well the NBA is about to jump in. So here we are with President Donald Trump telling the people to BAN the Sports also on twitter today saying they should make a rule about kneeling during the National Anthem. This is going beyond the First Amendment and getting into a President telling a privately held company how to operate.
As in my other blog the Sports Leagues hold all the cards in this argument all they have to do is stop operations and well the ECONOMY will suffer. Donald Trump is not looking at a larger fall out for America. Donald Trump says Make America Great but tells people to ban one of the top industries in America. He also is not being a leader if He can not find another way to make his point about the Flag and National Anthem.
Out government is Billions of dollars in debt the sports industry is making Billions of dollars I mean who do you think is really going to win this fight. As a leader of the country does Donald Trump need to find a way that the Flag and the National Anthem can be respected at sporting games without making sports leagues and the sports industry attacked.
Also why would the leader of our country want people to ban an industry that makes Billions of dollars for America. This whole battle is getting heated and out of hand and the person who leads the country should try to find a way to get people on a middle ground.
As far as the NFL and other sports leagues like the NBA they could just stop playing the National Anthem at games and sporting events. This eliminates the issue all together.
