What are the odds of legalizing sports wagering outside of Nevada ?

I saw on the news and read an article on how the Supreme Court is going to hear the case in 2018.

Well lets see we legalized pot in most States and almost every State in USA has a form of gambling. The NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB have reduced the fight against sports wagering and even are moving some teams to Vegas.

Oregon, Montana, Delaware all are approved for sports wagering but with a lot of rules and restrictions after all I did write a book on it!

However a lot of people thought Donald Trump would jump on board but apparently the former casino owner has gone the other direction. Matter of fact he is attempting to get the Supreme Court to vacate the hearing in 2018. Currently Donald Trump is President of the USA.

So I am going to take the Challenge of making some odds on:

 Will Sports Betting Will or Will not become legal outside of Nevada in 2018?

WILL BE COME LEGAL                          +500
WILL NOT BECOME LEGAL                 -1000

WILL BE PASSED IN NEW JERSEY      +250
WILL NOT PASS IN NEW JERSEY         -750

SUPREME COURT WILL CHANGE THE LAWS        +185
SUPREME COURT WILL NOT CHANGE LAWS        -225
