The Dollar Tree Store is no longer One Dollar by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

 A store that was known for selling everything in the store for $1.00 is no more as times are changing the Dollar Tree had to increase the prices by .25 cents.

According to the company the increase is suppose to bring in more merchandise. The company added shortages in the products as well and that this price increase will add new merchandise.

I am asking how can we call it the DOLLAR TREE if the prices are not a dollar many other companies that state they sell things for a dollar have a wide price range of products the idea that you could go to a store and the price was exactly $1 was great.

You may argue it is only .25 cent increase and still is with in the $1 range so it is still okay to say Dollar Tree.

That .25 cents makes a difference to many people and the pockets of many as some Dollar Trees sell food items. If you think about it you can only buy 4 items instead of 5 if you spend $5 because the increase in prices.

It is not just the Dollar Tree however cost are raising in all markets, gas, rentals, housing, electric, clothing, cars, food, and other markets.

The argument comes as after years of people fighting for higher wages a movement started and wages started to increase but here is a simple truth wages may go up but if the cost of living goes up as well we are still at the same place that it started. 

So in this case it is just not about the Dollar Tree it is much larger issue in the economy.

Face it people there are basic needs people need: food, housing, utilities, medical care.

The more we have to pay on one or the other than money does not go towards the other one.
