The real fight in America is going to happen over the Covid 19 Vaccination PART 4 by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
Recently a Federal Court in Texas shot down a lawsuit from staff at Huston Methodist Hospital over the company making a policy that all staff would be required to get the Covis 19 Vaccination. The company made it clear that if staff did not get the vaccination they would be terminated. The Judge who made the decision in favor of the employer may have just cleared a path for more companies to follow through with making vaccinations a requirement of employment or continued employment.
The attorney that represents the employees vow to fight the case to the Supreme Court.
Also in the news recently more companies are beginning to ask what your vaccinations status is?
Wayne Wagner CEO of Remote Medical International in Seattle Washington had not made a final decision but indicated that the company was leaning toward making the vaccination required to come back to work or for future employees.
Many employers are still hesitant to make the vaccination a requirement due to lawsuits, and political issues with staff, however they are still concerned about the safety of staff and customers.
Currently a survey of over 770 companies revealed only 1/3 of those companies have made a decision on requiring a vaccination or not. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission made the final decision that it is legal for an employer to ask if you are vaccinated or not, and also added that companies can require staff to be vaccinated.
The only exceptions are some medical conditions, and religious beliefs.
Goldman Sachs just informed the staff they had to report if they had been vaccinated or not. Some bigger companies like Wal Mart are offering incentives to employees, Bank of America also told staff they had to register online in the system of the employer to return to the office.
With the President Joe Biden wanting America at 70 percent by July 4th some companies are holding out to see if that will happen. If the majority of people have taken the vaccination employers may be more inclined to require the vaccination.
UNDERSTANDING WHY MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL HOLDING OUT ON THE VACCINATION:
As of June 2021 in the USA it is reported 52 percent of the population has revived at least one dose of the vaccination, and 43 percent are fully vaccinated.
There are many reasons people are holding out some that have had the Covid 19 Virus have a natural immunity. Many of these people do not feel they need the vaccination There was as of July 2021 over 33,424,159 cases reported in the USA.
Reports of deaths, side affects, and health issues caused by taking the vaccinations is another reason.
Strong religious beliefs that this vaccination may be linked to Mark of The Beast is another reason.
Some political affiliations are influencing if people will take a vaccination or not.
People being forced by employers and not given a choice or other options to countinue employment.
