Keto and Healthy Living ( HOW TO EAT HEALTHY WITH DENTURES OR NO TEETH) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

Annie and I live what I call a Keto Lifestyle we changed our lives nearly 2 years ago to a Keto Lifestyle. Since our change we have both became more healthy lost weight and are living a happier heather life. I decided to start blogging about Keto but than I also decided to blog about just living healthy. Recently I am working on becoming a nutritional coach as well. Annie and I did all kinds of research and belong to many groups, we have educated ourselves and here we are sharing our story with you.

We are not doctors or health care professionals but I can say we have put many hours and time into education and knowledge of Keto and Healthy Living.

We hope this blog will help you live a happier and healthy life.

So recently I got asked by two different people with issues on advice how they could eat healthy. One of the people had an issue eating because they had no teeth, the other person had dentures.

It took me back a moment because I really had to think it over and research it.

Keto involves eating meats like chicken, beef, pork, turkey, or other fatty meats, it also involves eating many healthy fruits and vegetables.

So how would a person who could not chew food eat these types of food?

Eating foods like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and foods like spinach, dark lettuce or kale could be incorporated into the diet. These foods are soft and easy to digest with dentures or no teeth.

If a person used a bullet or similar devices that could grind nuts into a powder you could add walnuts, cashews, pecans, or other nuts to the diet. You could also grind fruits and veggies.

Fruits like watermelon, honey due, cantaloupe, bananas, mango, avocados, tomatoes, peaches, plums, and other soft fruits could be added to the diet but not all of those are Keto. However natural fruits are part of a healthy living life style.

FISH like salmon is a big Keto food, as well as other fish like cod, shrimp, sardines, trout, or other fish that have a high fatty meat. Fish is usually easy to eat with dentures or even no teeth. Also fish has many vitamins and minerals the body needs. There are plenty of different types of fish that you could use as part of healthy living plan.

YOGURT can be used in Keto if i is a  PLAIN Greek Yogurt that is full fat, but as part of a healthy living or issues with teeth yogurt provides a lot of health benefits, and you can benefit from many heath benefits from yogurt. You can find ones that have probiotics but you need to watch the sugar and carbs.

DAIRY could be used as part of a Healthy Living Plan but is avoided in Keto. However dairy does offer health benefits to the human body and if you have no teeth or dentures would be a great way to add needed vitamins and minerals to your body.

CHEESE would be an excellent addition as you can use cheese in Keto and Healthy Living and it is pretty easy to consume with dentures or no teeth.

Grind meats into a a shake or smoothie.

SMOOTHIES or SHAKES that incorporate good fruits or veggies.

Though it does provide a challenge you can still eat healthy or even do Keto with dentures or even no teeth.
