Our story changing to a Keto life style , taking moringa, and health overall for everyone

 


For those just reading this blog Annie and I changed our entire life in 2019 to a Keto lifestyle to us it is not a diet.

For those of you who have followed my blogs thank you and I love that Annie and I have helped you in your Keto life or your overall health. 

So here is a recap of a few things Annie and I have changed in our food habits and life style.

So I have been taking Moringa for nearly 3 years. Though the FDA in America does not recognize Moringa the research and studies have proven that the plant leaves have many benefits to humans.

Moringa in foreign countries is used to fight cancer, treating diabetes, protect kidneys and liver, reduce blood pressure, and protect eye health. It has a lot of vitamins and proteins as well. 

You can research Moringa yourself but before taking any medicine herbal, or prescription consult a doctor.

Why Keto to us is a LIFE STYLE not a DIET:

Keto is great for weight loss and it also is great diet for diabetics but the fact is research and studies show that going KETO will improve your overall health and give you a better life through eating food.

The truth us food is required to our bodies as humans, the foods we eat and how we eat directly affects our bodies and minds.

Annie and had been like many people, working, family, and life and money brought us to eating out, poor nutrition, and eventually it added to both of us gaining weight and our health going down hill.

As we are both aging we decided that our life needed a dramatic change so in 2019 we changed our live to KETO.

Since than Annie and I have lost together over 130 pounds in weight.

Annie has completely reversed her pre diabetic diagnosis, and currently is nearly off all medications.

For us there is no going back, this is the new normal in our lives.

OVERALL HEALTH FOR EVERYONE:

Annie and I realize that going KETO may not be for everyone. In today's world with Covid19 and other virus and diseases becoming more in the population how you eat and take care of your body becomes as important as ever. We believe it is not really expressed enough from the medical field, FDA, and government agencies just how important changing what you eat affects your overall health.

Research and studies however have provided proof what you eat and how you eat directly does affect your overall health.

Even if you feel you can not do KETO, just make a small change add some fruits or vegetables, cut out soda, add more water to your diet, stop; fast food, cut down on the unnatural ingredients.

There is a lot ways you change to improve your overall health!
