Uber vs Door Dash what company is better after 1 year ?
Uber and Door Dash after 1 year of experience with both companies and a in depth report on both companies by experiencing it myself I will be telling you my feeling on what company I feel is best at the end of the blog.
LETS TALK ABOUT BOTH COMPANIES HERE IN THIS BLOG:
DOOR DASH:
Door Dash has a set of restaurants that you can order from but also you can order from almost any restaurant with Door Dash giving Door Dash and advantage over Uber who only uses contracted companies.
Door Dash issues a red debit card to the delivery drives and sometimes it is used to pay for the order the food from the customers.
It can take a little longer sometimes if you have to order and pay for the food on a delivery.
When Door Dash first came to Reno the area was only split into Reno and Sparks, but currently it is broke up into 4 sections Sun Valley, Sparks,Reno, and South Reno.
Door Dash also has expanded out to Carson City, and Lake Tahoe.
Through the APP you can schedule times or you can log in and out of dashes.
Door Dash offers instant pay or weekly pay, and some company benefits.
Over the past year the pay scale changed as well going from $7 per dash to $2 relying on customers to tip you for the rest of the income.
Door Dash recently bought out a couirer service in 2019 not sure how that may work in the future.
UBER:
Uber uses only contracted restaurants and does not offer any other options outside the restaurants in the contracted system.
Uber does not have the option to schedule deliveries you log in and out on the APP.
Uber offers instant pay, and weekly pay.
Uber has many company benefits.
Uber pays by the mileage and time of each delivery ,and tips can be left by customers as well.
Uber does not have any specific areas I have gone as far as the Red Rock Area, Spanish Springs, and South Reno.
I am unsure if Uber Eats is in Carson City or Tahoe areas.
Uber also offers Uber Passenger services something Door Dash does not offer.
Uber officially went on the stock market under UBER and currently is at $26.79 per share.

Both companies have some issues and rely heavily on the economy.
It is a tie in my opinion both companies offer good services, and employment and seem to be in a position to expand. Uber is currently experimenting with offering drinkls and snacks for riders as well, and Door Dash may be going into courier services.
