Inside/Out Missouri updated review ( BUYER BEWARE on the JUSTBID COMPANY in SPRINGFIELD MO)

This company recently opened in Springfield Missouri and it has attracted a lot of attention.
It is an ON-LINE AUCTION HOUSE .
You can download an app on your phone or sign up online, after that you set up an account and you can BID on thousands of items listed daily. i had written a prior blog on the company you can read below.

This entire new review is based on my experience with Just Bid from my last review.
READ THE FINE PRINT ON FEES AND EXTRA COST TO THE FINAL PRICE:
As soon as I won the first item I found out that JUST BID adds extra fees to the final price. They add a 15% AUCTION FEE, and on top of that they add a $2 lot FEE for every transaction.

As far as I can tell there is no place on the web page that explains these fees or even tells you they are added on. Maybe I just have not found the correct place or location but I did not see any explanation of these fees.
JUST BID HAS MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ONLINE:
Recently I had an issue with JUST BID and I researched the company to find multiple complaints on the products from consumers. Complaints mostly about the products and how they are not as advertised, and missing parts, do not work properly, or the product was damaged.
HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY SINCE MY LAST BLOG:
I purchased a microwave and a table for my wife. I won the bids and picked up the microwave and table. Upon opening the box the microwave was damaged beyond repair and did not even work, the table was missing the round top.
I contacted the customer support and by the way you can only do this ON-LINE. On the web page there is a contact me message but they also have customer support online. Though they did give me an in store credit However I had to toss the microwave and still cannot use the table because we cannot find a top for it.
I would say this was my only issue with the company but later I won 4 boxes of POKEMON CARDS. Each of these boxes had the cards cut open. This time I took it up a bit and disputed my purchase with my bank, and I again contacted Just Bid. This time again JUSTBID offered an in store credit. This was after a battle with them and having to send videos, photos and filing complaints with my bank.
After that I bought a CAT TREE and once I got it home there was no NUTS OR BOLTS to put the tree together, I emailed JUSTBID and got the return email also ATTACHED at the end of the BLOG. I did not dispute the purchase this time I decided to use the rest of my in-store credit and once I have used it I will no longer be using this company.
In closing I am telling you BUYER BEWARE!
