Roman Reigns is a name known to the WWE fans and wrestling world but his real life name is Leati Joesph (Joe) Anoa. He is 37 years old and has been married to Gailina Becker since 2014 and they have five children together.

Currently he is wrestling for the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) as the Tribal Chief. He currently holds both the WWE CHAMPIONSHIP and WWE UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP BELTS.

Currently he has held the championship belts for over TWO YEARS.

Roman has held the WWE UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP Once before and held the WWE CHAMPIONSHIP FOUR TIMES.

Roman has a real life family in the WWE including Jim Uso, Jey Uso, Rikishi, Solo Siko, The Tonga Kid, Yokozuna, and Umaga. 

Roman started his WWE career in 2010 and made his in-ring debut in WWE in 2012 as a member of the Shield with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. This team ruled the WWE until 2014 when Roman became a singles competitor going by the nickname THE BIG DOG.

Roman held the UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP and INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP along with being TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS with Seth Rollins at one point in his career.

ROMAN REIGNS  has not always been the fan favorite however from 2014 the WWE attempted to push Roman as a FACE( GOOD GUY) that got answered by the WWE fans, critics, and other wrestling audiences disapproval. 

Roman left the company for a short time due to a battle with Leukemia. On February 25th 2019 Roman returned to RAW the WWE flagship show on the USA Network. Roman continued his career however due to the Covid 19 Virus breakout  he decided to put things on hold again due to his battle with Leukemia.

Roman would Return at Summer Slam on August 23rd and became a heel and known as the TRIBAL CHIEF with manager Paul Heyman. Since that time Roman has ruled the WWE. However his rule as the TRIBAL CHIEF has come with some questionable actions on the part of Roman.

During this story line the fans, critics, and other wrestling audiences began to love Roman Reigns as the TRIBAL CHIEF. However recently Roman Reigns signed a new contract that puts him as a PART TIME ENTERTAINER in the WWE. Also Roman started using his family Jim and Jey Uso to help him in matches and beat down the competition. Jim and Jey also became the UNDISPUTED WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS during this time and still hold the titles. Between Paul Heyman, the Usos Roman Reigns managed to hold off many opponents. The trio started calling themselves the BLOODLINE.

Recently at an event called CLASH AT THE CASTLE Roman Reigns faced Drew McIntyre. The match was a battle but in the end Drew lost due to another family member distracting Drew named Solo Silko. 

The fans are starting to turn on the TRIBAL CHIEF because they are tired of the BLOODLINE cheating in matches to win. The fans are wanting a new champion to be crowned!

The USA network is also pressuring the WWE to bring the WWE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE and RAW TAG TEAM TITLES back to the flagship show.

Currently the WWE is attempting to secure a match with Dwayne Rock Johnson at Wrestle-Mania in 2023. This may be one reason why Roman may retain the Titles. 

In recent rumors Roman Reigns will not wrestle at the next Pay Per View called Extreme Rules. 

However the WWE is working on a list of possible competitors including: Bruan Strowman, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens,  Karrion Kross, and possibly Cody Rhodes. 

The WWE has been on fire as of lately with the take over from Stephanie McMahon, and her husband Triple HHH ( Paul Michael Levesque) so it is possible the WWE CHEATER may drop one or both of the TITLES soon!
