For 3 years my wife Annie and I have been living a KETO LIFESTYLE. I started my blogs at the very start of our journey, and during this journey we have become experts in the Keto Lifestyle. We did this not only through our experience but also by learning from others, researching, and education.
Today Annie and enjoy a happier and healthier life and I truly believe you can do this also!

WE ARE NOT HEALTH PROFESSIONALS HOWEVER but we decided to try to help others live a KETO LIFESTYLE or go HEALTHY LIVING so that you can optimize your health in a HAPPY and HEALTHY way.
Recently I had been noticing all the blogs, videos, and information about Keto but most of the time the main focus is WEIGHT LOSS.
I have noticed not many people talk about the other benefits offered from the KETO LIFESTYLE.
However the truth is if you go HEALTHY LIVING or a KETO LIFESTYLE it may make you HEALTHY!
IT HAS BEEN PROVEN ON EVERY LEVEL KETO CAN HELP WITH:
OBESITY, DIABETES, LIVER DISEASE, EPILEPSY, METABOLIC SYNDROME, GLYCOGEN STORAGE DISEASE, PCS ( Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), some CANCERS, AUTISM, PARKINSON'S DISEASE, TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, NAFL ( Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease), ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE, and MIGRAINE HEADACHES
WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT SAY KETO CREATES SOME HEALTH ISSUES:
In the 3 years Annie and I have been doing KETO we have only seen benefits from the KETO LIFESTYLE. We have not seen any bad HEATH related issues!
We have both done tons of research, we have joined and teamed up with top Doctors and Health Care Professionals in the World. We have taken classes on nutrition, I have studied and experimented with different concepts of Keto, and I have written a lot of blogs.
We found that Keto has over 120 years of history and has been studied and researched by multiple scientists, doctors, and health care professionals.
So some people do experience what is called the KETO FLU. This usually happens in the starting stages of switching to KETO and is only temporary. There are also some people that have gone even more extreme with KETO calling it CARNIVORE KETO. Annie and I attempted to try this type of LIFESTYLE but we agreed in the end just to stick with our normal KETO LIFESTYLE.
Here is my view point to the argument that a KETO LIFESTYLE can be harmful to your health. Every person that lives is different plus we all have different issues with our health. What may work for me or Annie may not work for you. This is also why I like to promote just HEALTHY LIVING as well.
The difference is in HEALTHY LIVING your not going to the strict Carb and Sugar intakes of KETO, you can eat HEALTHY and still have the benefits of better HEALTH. During my research I have found multiple articles and research and studies from top agencies that oversee Heart Disease, Cancer, and even the Food and Drug Administration promote HEALTHY LIVING and support foods that are in the KETO LIFESTYLE.
However I will also say that some of the backlash from KETO I think is from people not following the KETO LIFESTYLE correctly. People are having cheat days, or adding foods into the diet, or using many supplements or food products that are in the market that say they are KETO but really ARE NOT!
Here is my CHALLENGE FOR YOU do your own research, give yourself a ONE DAY CHALLENGE to try just eating HEALTHY FOODS or even just doing KETO for ONE DAY.
Is it going to do anything most likely not but it will give you an idea of what it is like, if it is for you, and maybe after the first day you will want to try another and another. Maybe try another challenge like just drink water for the entire day, or avoid sugar for an entire day, avoid any fast food for a day.
