John Cena and Roman Reigns ended FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN on 8-20-2021 with an added stipulation to the match at SUMMER SLAM and it opens a bunch of questions and no answers. The stipulation actually came from ROMAN REIGNS that if he can not beat JOHN CENA he will leave the WWE! So what happens if Roman Reigns gets disqualified and with a DQ John Cena would not win the TITLE but he would win the match still so than would Roman Reigns have to leave the WWE? The hand shake and the agreement was that if Roman Reigns lost the match, this to me would mean that the only way Roman Reigns can retain his TITLE and stay in the WWE!          WELCOME TO MY BLOG ABOUT OUR KETO LIFESTYLE and LIVING HEALTHY! Annie my wife and I have currently been living a Keto life for 2 years. It has not always been easy. In this time we took many hours of watching videos, reading books, and researching so I personally feel like at this point we are Experts in Keto and Healthy Living. I recall the day we drove home from the Doctors office and Annie discussed going Keto. Annie had been quite ill for some time and I had gained over 50 pounds of weight topping off at the most I have ever weighed in my entire life. I look at some of those photos today and shake my head in shame. Annie told me she wanted to go Keto and I did not have to but I decided to anyways.  So we drove home that night and emptied out our cupboards and fridge everything that was not Keto. We took all the food down the street to some people whom we knew needed the food. We jumped in and made the change that night. For us the change has been a blessing Annie is well

What is a CASH ONLY LIFE meaning you have no loans, no credit, no debts, and you are living off whatever your current earnings are. I was once in this club and it felt fantastic!  I did use a debit card but at one point in my life I was at a point I owned everything flat out no loans, no credit, and no debt. IT FELT SO WONDERFUL BUT IT DID NOT LAST! However my family made many sacrifices to live this way and we finally broke down and got a loan to buy our current home.  We also decided to have a small credit line and we had to borrow to cover some expenses so here we are back in the DEBT GAME. It is really super hard to live CASH ONLY in 2021 there are ways to do it but your going to find many issues because many places do not even take cash any more. The truth is your better off using a debit card so you can receive paychecks pay bills and so on. While I use to run to the post office send money orders or use the debit card because nearly ever bill I had would not even take cash. Mos

      Here is a list of things my family has done and they are all FREE in Springfield Missouri! GET YOUR KICKS ON ROUTE 66: Route 66 is fairly popular still however in Springfield there is really not much left of the original road. On your GPS find College Street to start off find Chestnut Express Way and College Street. Once on College Street you will start to see Route 66 signs and some stops for photos. If you follow the street you will find a Route 66 Car Museum but it is not FREE. It cost around $15 but you still can take photos outside the building. Following the road you will come to an area where you will find the Route 66 Wall and also a Silver Route 66 piece of Artwork. Unfortunately this is about all there is on Route 66 any more in Springfield. You can make a day of Route 66 from Springfield to Saint Louis however.  If you want to read my first 5 part series I would love that but since I wrote Part 5 things have changed and things are different,  America wants to re open but with close to 50% of the population vaccinated and 50% non vaccinated the fight has begun about MANDATING VACATIONS for all! It has been reported 160 million people have been vaccinated or 48.2% of the population in America.  Delta strain is moving across the country in America causing a whole new set of issues. Many areas the Delta Strain has become the issues of past Covid 19 and even worse. The changes have started however as the President Joe Biden made vaccinations mandatory for Federal Workers and Military. Currently a slew of companies are enforcing vaccinations and in NY and San Francisco  have just made it mandatory for indoor dinning, gyms, and events. States are also joining the GET VACCINATED CLUB like Washington have just mandated the vaccination for State Health Care Workers. There is  talk of a NATIONAL MANDATE

I believe some laws should make small business owners responsible for showing the staff the company finical situation. There are to many times a person finds an job with a company and loves the job but the owners are not honest or upfront with the company finical situation. I recently ran into this situation and found myself at the last minute being told the company was closing. The owners did not respond to txt messages phone calls and other employees communicated with me as well about the concerns of not reviving almost 4 weeks of back pay. So what can you do if your in this situation? #1) Try to communicate with the owners and document all your phone calls and txt messages or communication with the owners. If they fail to reply you may need this documentation for court. #2) File Unemployment you can do this online or at a local State Office in your area. #3) File a complaint with the US Labor Wage Board you can find it online for your State. #4) Contact an attorney that specializes

                        TOMSIK DELIVERY COMPANY WILL END DECEMBER 31st 2021! TOMSIK DELIVERY COMPANY YOUTUBE PAGE LINK We are in August 2021 and YES I am not planning on re signing with Uber or Doordash or any other delivery company as a INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. I moved to Springfield Missouri in January 2020 and since than I worked a few months as a contractor for several companies but the work was not there, and I found myself also fighting a new issue Covid 19. I have not done any deliveries or passenger pick ups in quite some time. I have not done any videos matter of fact I am going to do one last one just to say goodbye. I stayed on with Doordash but closed Uber and at the end of 2021 I am not going to re sign with Doordash either. I had a good run from 2017 to 2020 nearly 3 years you can see many of my videos and blogs you can learn a lot from these about the business and industry. I hope the research time spent all the videos and blogs can answer a lot of questions for you all.
