The Pitch Pizza and Pub Keto Pizza Review by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
This is my first food review of 2020.
It is about our KETO life style, and restaurants that serve KETO dishes.
Many people are turning to Keto and many restaurants are turning to Keto for the customers.
So since Covid 19 had many business including bars and pubs shut down for the past few months recently they have been allowed to re opened.
We decided to try a place we heard about called THE PITCH PIZZA and PUB.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE A KETO PIZZA ?
Cauliflower crust is the main answer but you could also do a crust out of Almond Flour or Coconut Flower as well or even Flax Seed.
Cauliflower crust has become the most popular in stores and some restaurants to offer as a KETO alternative.
Besides that you can put any type of meat like chicken, pepperoni, or sausage or all of them.
Cheese and several types of veggies like olives, peppers, and mushrooms.
This all fits into a KETO food life style.
THE PITCH PIZZA AND PUB:
2924 E Sunshine Street, Springfield,MO.
OUR FOOD COST:
We purchased 2 pizzas a 9 inch cheese, and a 12 inch cauliflower crust with chicken,mushrooms, cheese,and peppers.
The pizza was $12, and $14 with and added charges for cauliflower crust $2.50, and charges for each topping $1.50.
A total of $33 with tax out the door total was $35.67
THE PITCH PIZZA AND PUB REVIEW:
I can not review the cheese pizza because I did not eat it however it looked pretty good.
Cauliflower pizza had plenty of toppings however a bit overloaded on the peppers.
I thought the peppers had been a bit under cooked,and gave a kind of a off taste to the pizza.
However we ate the entire pizza removing most of the Peppers.
The crust was a bit soft as well I would have preferred a bit more cooked crust.
Overall the pizza was good.
I give it a 3 star review!
