Some one explain Keto to me please..The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

After a few questions and comments this is an short explanation of Keto and how it works:

Ketogenic  Meaning:

The ketogenic food life style is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate life style.
The way it works is that it  forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates.

HOW IT WORKS:

Focuses on eating mostly fat, limited amounts of protein, and almost no carbs at all. 

WHAT YOU CAN EAT:

The "do" list includes: meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables that grow above ground, nuts and seeds, fats and oils, and some dairy products. 
In terms of drinks, most guides advise people to stick to water.

WHAT YOU NEED TO REDUCE OR COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM:

Soda and sugar drinks. 
Candy
Bread, rice, pasta, fruit, corn, potatoes, beans, baked goods, sweets, juice, and beer all get the axe. 
Basically, you have to avoid most sugars and starches. 
Whole grains like oatmeal don't even make the cut!

Before jumping into any lifestyle change you should consult a doctor.

SIDE EFFECTS:

Some people doing Keto have reported what is called the KETO FLU. 
This is a side effect that happens when you first start Keto, it can cause nausea, tiredness, and other symptoms but usually only temporary as the body adjust changes in your diet and eating habits.
Some People  also have experienced issues with pooping, this is due to fiber loss but if you supplement the fiber with nuts or other fiber you should balance out, 
Some people supplement the fiber as well.

WHAT IS DIRTY KETO:
Dirty keto is also called lazy keto, as it allows for highly processed and packaged foods. ... For instance, someone on dirty keto might order a double bacon cheeseburger without the bun instead of grilling a grass-fed steak and making a low carb salad with a high fat dressing. Dirty keto meals are often high in sodium.


My Experience doing Keto for nearly 6 months:

In the beginning I cheated a lot I was still drinking soda, and sometimes eating outside the box.
It was not till around the end of December 2019 I completely jumped on the band wagon after seeing my wife lose nearly 50 pounds.
I am going to be up front doing Keto is more expensive in the food department.
We tend to buy more melons, fruits and veggies, along with meats and fish.
Sometimes we do the dirty Keto as well as not everything in life is perfect.
I really don't miss the soda or some of the restricted items and these days there are so many recipes and ways to get things like pasta or bread.
Though we primarily stay away from the pasta and breads, we mostly have gotten to the point of fish,meats, veggies, and some fruits and nuts.
We do a lot of cheese, almond milk, and we have added tea, and my wife still drinks coffee.
So if you view my facebook you will see I have dropped nearly 30 pounds or more.
I have not been going to the gym or working out, just doing my normal daily routine.
I did not  experience the Keto Flu or any bathroom issues but I also have been taken Moringa For over 2 years as well.
