How can we survive 30 to 45 days of no work or money ?
Like millions of people with business closing and laying off what the heck can you do about living 30 to 45 days with no income?
This virus just hit USA and hit all of us in the face with NEVADA shutting down all casinos, and imposing laws for people to stay home, along with California.
New York is considering imposing these laws as well.
More cities may follow as the cases increase.
We are talking between 30 to 45 days or more.

The news is going to be very difficult for many people but what can you really do and what laws protect you?
THINGS YOU CAN DO:
FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT:
As you can imagine the unemployment offices are going to be overwhelmed with all these workers calling in for layoffs.
According to the Department of Unemployment it takes 3 weeks to even get a paycheck.

LIVE OFF CREDIT:
As much as I hate saying this but your credit may have to be an option.
I am an avid fan of cash lifestyles but in this case Credit may have to be used.
The bad side of this is down the road you're going to have large monthly payments.
SAVINGS:
If you are one of the lucky people who managed to save it may be time to break the piggy bank.
SELL INVESTMENTS or CASH in RETIREMENT:
At this point in time selling off stocks, or cashing in a retirement plan, or any other investment that will give you money may be an option.
THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX:
BARTER or TRADE SERVICES:
In your community see if you can trade or barter with your community.
Even with social distance and laws being places to stay home you could try to barter and trade with friends, neighbors, or your community.
FARM YOUR OWN FOOD or GET YOUR OWN WATER:
It may a good time to get some plants and try to grow some of your own food.
Water catching system and possible chickens that lay eggs and could be used for food.
However it does take time to grow tour own food.
OTHER OPTIONS:
WORK FROM HOME:
If your one of the people who can work from home great but there is not enough of these types of jobs for the masses being laid off.
DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR COMMUNITY:
While we are worried about or own future it is a time to reach out and help those in need.
Something I noticed that really has not been in the headlines are the homeless, people that are near poverty, families that need food and extra for children or seniors.
While this will not earn you income it will give you something to do and you will feel great about it.
LAW TO PROTECT YOU:
SOME CITIES and PLACES putting LAWS against evictions:
Like many how the heck can you pay a rent or mortgage with no income?
