I do have to disclose I am still taking MORINGA as well.  Moringa is a plant that has been used for medical reasons in many foreign counties. It has been proven to have many benefits but I started taking it before we started our change to our KETO and CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE

WHY KETO IS NOT A FAD DIET AND HERE IS THE UNDISPUTED PROOF OF THAT:

The Keto or Ketogentic diet or LIFESTYLE as I feel it should be called can be traced all the way back into the 1920's. So currently Keto has been around for 124 years so how is that people believe it is a FAD?

From 1920 to 1940 Keto was used as part of the treatment for children with Epilepsy. It was the primary treatment used until modern science decided medications worked better and the use of the treatment declined in the health industry and medications increased. Modern science put Keto on the back burner and started using medications for treatments more.

In 1921 The MAYO CLINIC ran the first clinical trail on Keto with children with Epilepsy.

Keto once again was put in the spotlight during the health and fitness era in the mid 1980's as the Diet or LIFESTYLE was found to help people lose weight and reverse Type 2 Diabetes. It was also researched by many different top universities and health organizations who also discovered KETO could help with Neurological disorders, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's Disease, and Depression.

In 1997 the Keto Lifestyle once again hit top headlines after a move featuring Meryl Streep featured the use of Keto to treat a small child. The movie is called FIRST DO NO HARM if you wanna watch it.

Since the 1920's Keto or the Ketogentic Lifestyle has been researched worldwide by some of the top Universities and Health Organizations in the world. The results all come out the same. They all prove that Keto is one of the best ways for humans to consume food, and that it helps maintain weight, helps with preventing diseases like Diabetes, and even Cancer.

So you ask why do nurses, doctors, and many in the health industry do not push for Keto more?

Our modern world is changing fast technology, the way we grow and produce foods, plus the way the medical or health industry operates. Nutrition and health training in the medical field has become second nature, today nurses and doctors and people in the health industry do not want to treat t the condition they want to mask the overall problem. Humans also add to this because we want something quick and easy instead of working towards solving the problem it is easier to pop a pill.
