HEALTHY FOOD 4 HEALTHY LIFE (The Great Debate on what foods are best for Human Health)

I do have to disclose I am still taking MORINGA as well. Moringa is a plant that has been used for medical reasons in many foreign counties. It has been proven to have many benefits but I started taking it before we started our change to our KETO and CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE.
WHAT IS THE BEST FOODS TO EAT FOR HUMANS TO STAY HEALTHY ?
This debate has become a war to some people and communities with movements in large populations of people including many health care professionals and scientists. The reason for the debate is that these days our food has changed. Over the years the way we grow our food, the way we produce food has all changed. Issues with disease and weight have become the center of attention for many people.
With this many debates on what humans should eat has become major news and the center of attention for many. Vegans, Vegetarians, Carnivore, or diets like Atkins, Mediterranean, Lion, Palio, Dash diet the American Diet suggested by the USDA, and many other diets that are out there today. However to have a debate on the best foods you need some facts and research.
The fact is as humans we have to eat food because our bodies require food for us to stay alive.
HERE ARE SOME FACTS:
In 2023 the FAST FOOD INDUSTRY made an estimated 978.4 billion dollars.
In 2023 the SODA INDUSTRY made an estimated 132.9 billion dollars.
In 2023 the CANDY INDUSTRY made an estimated 49 billion dollars.
In 2023 the PRESCRIPTION INDUSTRY made an estimated 621 billion dollars.
In 2023 it was estimated that 30.7 % of Adults in America are overweight and 44.3 % are considered obese.
In 2023 it was estimated that 38.4 % or 11.6 % of the population in America had Diabetes.
In 2023 it was estimated that 1.958,310 people had some type of Cancer averaging out to about 5370 cases per day. There also is an additional 609,830 people who pass away from Cancer per year.
On October 8th 1945 we saw the microwave and the start of micro waived foods.
White Castle was the first Fast Food place to open in the USA in 1916.
Sugar has been traced all the way back to 8,000 BC, and processed sugar started around 359 AD.
In 1992 the USDA recommended the FOOD PYRAMID but it was actually adopted in the 1970s in Sweden. Through the years this has been used as a base line of how people should eat food. However in recent years through much research it has been discovered that the food Pyramid was incorrect.
So today in our ever changing world our foods are processed or chemically or genitally changed. It is hard to determine what foods are the best for humans but these ways of eating have research and history to back them.
KETO:
One of the most talked about and one of the most researched ways of eating is called KETO, or KETOGENTIC. This way of eating has been around since the 1920's. It has been the topic of many studies and has a long history of research to back the findings. This way of eating for humans has proven to reduce or even reverse DIABETES, HEART PROBLEMS, SOME CANCERS, and other health issues including losing weight. It was discovered to help with epilepsy and control seizures.
Keto includes all meats beef, chicken, turkey, pork, fresh and salt water fish, wild game meats such as deer, elk, buffalo, or other meats found in the wild. Keto also includes fruits such as wild berries like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and watermelon. Keto allows avocados and olives as well as some other fruits, Keto incorporates green leafy foods as well. Some nuts like almonds, cashews, and other nuts are part of this way of eating.
CARNIVORE:
Over the past few years a more radical way of eating has become mainstream and shown signs of also helping prevent diseases and lowering weight in humans. This way of eating actually has been around for hundreds of years as well. This way of eating is in the description you eat meat and dairy products.
There has been less research on this type of way of eating. Though there is a large population of people including health professionals that follow this way of eating.
VETERINARIAN:
This way of eating includes eating plants, fruits, veggies, nuts, and some dairy products. Also depending on who you talk to may include eggs or fish. This way of eating has been proven through research and studies to help prevent diseases and illness, also helps with obesity.
