Annie and I had been living a Keto life for over 3.5 years but then we got challenged to do a 30 day Carnivore Lifestyle. After 30 days I decided to stay in the Keto Lifestyle but my wife Annie decided to stay on with Carnivore. 

In the last 3.5 years Annie and I have experienced a better and healthier life due to our change in what we eat. I decided to research Keto and Healthy Living and blog our stories. Annie also decided to research and educate herself in many aspects of HEALTHY LIVING. 

We made a group on FACEBOOK, joined KETO groups, got in touch with communities that supported our Lifestyle. We both have experimented and educated ourselves and want to help other people gain a HAPPIER and HEALTHIER life!

WHY DO I GET SUCH A NEGATIVE RESPONSE FROM PEOPLE WHEN I TELL THEM I AM LIVING THE LIFE OF KETO OR CARNIVORE?

Annie and I can tell you from our own personal experience this MOST LIKELY IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOU if you choose to live a KETO or CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE.

Face it our society is full of thoughts and opinions of many people but it seems the negativity towards the KETO or CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE is extremely high. Annie and I cannot even count how many people we have encountered and many of them give us negative feedback on our LIFESTYLE CHOICE!

People often start out with questions for us, but then it turns out the negativity starts up. What we find is most people do not do any research themselves. The information they get either comes from a source that has no clue about these types of Lifestyles, or it comes from a source that would rather push medications as a solution to health issues. Most of the time the people giving the negative feedback have no information but just have formed an opinion based on what they have been told by others.

Instead of actually following the research, the science, or the history of Keto or Carnivore they have already set it in motion that these types of lifestyles are bad for you. Trust me you could probably pull every report plus study ever done than bring in experts and offer them a solid argument but most likely is not going to change the determination they have already made themselves.

Some of this blame goes to the Government, and some of it goes to society in general. The Government has feed people incorrect information for many years including the FOOD PYRAMID.

Some of the blame goes to the medical community and health providers as they are not really given proper education in nutrition but push people towards medications and surgery for solutions to illness that could be resolved just by changing the way you eat.

Some of the blame goes to society as we evolve people want things to be simple and fast, therefore this is why we have a multi billion dollar fast food industry. It is also why we have a multi billion dollar medial industry as well. Over the past 100 years diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Conditions, Obesity, High Blood Pressure, and other preventable diseases are growing in mass numbers.

It is also funny to us how people are all the sudden so concerned about us being KETO or CARNIVORE but they had no concern when we had been ill or gained weight. 

There is a large community of people that live either Lifestyles and the numbers are growing so more  people are coming together including people in the health industry to show the research, prove the science that these types of food lifestyles are benefiting humans in general,

So what I offer to say this when you get that NEGATIVE FEED BACK ask yourself this: 

Are you living a HAPPIER and HEALTHIER LIFE than the person giving you the NEGATIVITY!

If so than just walk away knowing that your in control of how you choose to live your life!
