ANNOUNCED BY WWE AND ENDEAVOR A NEW MERGER OR SALE IS HAPPENING!

On Raw April 4th 2023 Triple HHH came out and thanked all the WWE fans, entertainers, and staff and mentioned the announcement of the SALE but did not go any further than to say WWE is still going to be here!

So here is the latest news and rumors and speculations on the sale:

ENDEAVOR will obtain 51 % of the WWE stock leaving 49 % to the public. According to the WWE and Endeavor a new company is going to be made combining both companies though no information has been released on the name of the new company.

According to both companies the new merger will be worth over 21 Billion Dollars.

According to the sale agreement Vince McMahon will stay on as the CEO.

According to both companies the stocks from the companies will be called TKO on the NYSE.

According to both companies a new Board of Directors will be appointed from each company.

According to both companies will have over a Billion fans!
