Annie and I have been living a Keto Lifestyle and we have enjoyed many benefits from the lifestyle. We decided to share our story so you can experience the best health and happiness that you can.
UPDATE: Annie has been doing the CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE for 73 days or 2.5 months.
Annie bought me an Electric Body Composition Scale that uses your BMI ( BODY MASS INDEX) because I step on the scale almost every day. We had a regular scale that we had been using in the bathroom but I love this new scale. The scale can tell you a lot of things even just a normal scale if you use it to track your weight it will help you along your journey into a HAPPIER and HEALTHIER LIFE!
Many people fear stepping on the scale or feel it is telling you bad news but the fact is I have found using the scale helps me keep track of my weight and health. It really works if you document your progress. I recommend keeping a journal of the scale, also you may want to keep a journal of your food and liquid intake if you're just getting started. Just doing this can tell you a lot of things like if your weight on the scale goes up you may be eating the wrong types of foods or eating too many carbs or calories. It is possible that in going Healthy that you might gain muscle mass and muscle weight more than fat. However if this is the case you should see the results on your body.
If the scale goes down you can assume you're in KETOSIS if doing Keto or Carnivore. There should be some other signs as well like better sleep, not being hungry, and more energy,
AS WE ARE NOT HEATH CARE PROFESSIONALS WE RECOMMEND YOU CONSULT A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL FOR YOUR HEALTH NEEDS!
As Annie and I enter our Fourth year of Keto and Carnivore we have gained much knowledge and experience and want to share our story with you.
The type of scale Annie bought me runs about $30 to $50 depending on the brand and type of scale. However what is really cool is you can download an APP to your phone and connect it through a blue tooth connection. Once you down load the app you set up an account on the app for anyone that wants to use it.
Annie and I both set up an account on the app.
YOU SHOULD STEP ON THE SCALE IN THE BUFF!
I usually step on it before or after I take a shower. However if you do not want to step on it in the buff you should only have undergarment clothing on. I say this because having clothing on adds weight and therefore may not be an accurate weight. It also changes other information in the app.
Also this type of scale you need to step on with bare feet because it is how it reads your results. Again having slippers or shoes on the scale changes the weight. Try just putting your shoes or slippers on the scale how much do the items weigh ?
Once you step on the scale it reads your weight but also gives you reading on your : BMI, Body Fat, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Metabolic Age, Skeletal Muscle, Far Free Body Weight, Body Water, Bone Mass, Protein, BMR. and Muscle Mass percentages.
By having this information you can really see where you need to work on your Health and Goals.
So if you are looking to start a journey of better health or maybe you have already started you should include a scale into your life. It can help you see your progress good or bad.
