Annie and I have been living a Keto Lifestyle and we have enjoyed many benefits from the lifestyle. We decided to share our story so you can experience the best health and happiness that you can. 

The human body has trillions of micro-organisms. Bacteria is vital to the human body so they do many things including digesting the food we eat, helping make nutrients for our body, and fighting toxins. They also play a key role in fighting infections and diseases.

It has been discovered that most bacteria is located in the INTESTINES and GUT area of the human body. However bacteria is located all over and in the human body, 

There are also GOOD and BAD BACTERIA.

It has been discovered that having GOOD BACTERIA in our bodies is very beneficial to our overall health. You can get GOOD BACTERIA from FOOD.

Good Bacteria is found in FERMENTED FOODS such as : Yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, pickles, miso, temph, kimci, sourdough bread, and some cheeses.

When GOOD BACTERIA is low it allows BAD BACTERIA to thrive in the body this often leads to autoimmune issues, thyroid issues,  arthritis, diabetes, digestive issues, and other medical issues.

Building GOOD BACTERIA can take up to 6 months but it is required over our ENTIRE LIFE TIME!

Bacteria and MICRO ORGANISMS are all around us and in our world. It is still not known by Medical Science the complex structure of Bacteria or micro-organisms

There are many unanswered questions regarding bacteria and micro-organisms. 

However eating the proper foods can help build GOOD BACTERIA in our bodies.

It has been proven that the KETO LIFESTYLE changes the way the body burns fats by using KETONES by being in a state that is called KETOSIS. When a person is in KETOSIS it helps the body with fat digestion and these bacteria have been found to improve your overall health.

The CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE as where you only eat meat also has shown that it helps get nutrition to the human body, and because your only eating meat it decreases how hard your gut must work to digest other foods. 

I will add however that you can find arguments on both sides of the fence about the CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE. 

Many people I talk to or have relationships with that eat only meat take supplements or have to add minerals and vitamins into the LIFESTYLE. 

I would do your own research in this area !

The bottom line is there is no way any of us can get around BACTERIA or MICRO-ORGANISMS!
