For 3 years my wife Annie and I have been living a KETO LIFESTYLE. I started my blogs at the very start of our journey, and during this journey we have become experts in the Keto Lifestyle. We did this not only through our experience but also by learning from others, researching, and education.

WE ARE NOT HEALTH PROFESSIONALS HOWEVER but we decided to try to help others live a KETO LIFESTYLE or go HEALTHY LIVING so that you can optimize your health in a HAPPY and HEALTHY way.
WHAT IS ATP ?
It is a natural compound found in all human cells that provides energy to drive the process of living cells. ATP stores energy in the cells and releases it when needed.
Eating some foods like listed below have proven to give higher ATP providing more energy for the body:
Eggs, nuts, water, quinoa, meat and fish, chickpeas, geek yogurt, and matcha
ATP is also tied into your metabolism and the more energy you produce the more fat you will burn. So the better foods we eat the stronger the ATP output becomes.
Good fats from foods like nuts, fish, and avocados will enable the body to get more done with less fatigue.
It is funny to me how many of these foods are related to the KETO LIFESTYLE or the HEALTHY LIVING LIFESTYLE.
However many people still do not believe in the KETO LIFESTYLE. There are debates out there about KETO and many of them are unproven, false, or not researched at all. Do not go down this road because most all the research and studies prove they are incorrect.
It is amazing how much research and evidence there is to the KETO LIFESTYLE on how it helps with not only weight loss, but many other medical issues. Keto has been around for more than 100 years, it also has been tested by many in that time and for the majority of the time has come out on top of the game.
I offer up this advice after writing many blogs, doing Keto for over three years, doing massive research, education and sharing with others doing and living the KETO LIFESTYLE I am a BELIEVER!
