My blogs are about having a happier healthier you just by eating the right foods. It is a proven fact through much research and studies the food we eat directly impacts our health and happiness.
So the first thing I am going to say is if you say to me YOU HAVE TRIED EVERY DIET I will reply did you make it a LIFESTYLE CHANGE ?
A diet is temporary something that you do for a certain amount of time, a LIFESTYLE is a complete change with no deadlines. Often the first mistake people make is doing diets and not making a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!
Is there anything wrong with attempting a diet? NO but the issue is it is temporary.
It may solve your issue for a short while but a LIFESTYLE CHANGE IS FOREVER!
I will admit maybe KETO is not for you but you still can live a HAPPY HEALTHY LIFE by eating HEALTHY!
So here are some things to do:
Keep track of what you eat and drink daily,
Get on the scale daily,
Talk to your health car provider!
DRINK WATER!
