Keto and Healthy Living ( TO KETO OR NOT TO KETO IS THE QUESTION) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik
WELCOME TO MY KETO LIFESTYLE STORY AND HEALTHY LIVING BLOG!
Thank you for following and reading my blogs and being apart of our Keto Group as well. Annie and I are in our 3rd year of living our Ketogenic Lifestyle. Annie and I have taken an lot of time and energy in educating ourselves in Keto and Healthy Living. Out goal is to help you live a happier and healthier life just by eating foods you love.
I love our Keto Lifestyle but I admit Keto may not be for everyone.
Living a healthy life may also add to your health and happiness.
There are some things you should think about before you make any decision in your daily food habits. Talking to a health care provider or nutritionist may be needed to determine what is best for you.
Here are some things you should consider if your going to go or think about going KETO.
Changing your entire Lifestyle and changing the way you look at the way you eat and your overall health will be the first important step.
QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD BE ASKING YOURSELF:
What is the reason for your Lifestyle change?
What are you seeking to get out of the lifestyle change?
Are you willing to go all in?
Are you willing to put in the time and energy for your Lifestyle change?
MY EXPERIENCE:
I have to tell you in the 3 years we have been doing Keto we look at things very differently. We shop different, we look at health different, we like talking and helping others understand healthy living.
KETO FACTS:
The truth is Keto is proven both from the health care industry, scientist, and there has been many studies and research done about Keto. Keto has been around for over 150 years.
It is undisputed in the health care industry that the Keto Lifestyle works.
Keto has been proven to improve your health and help protect you from illness and diseases. It has been researched and proven to helps repair/restore/reverse illnesses in human body such as of lose weight, diabetes, heart conditions, cancer, memory, epilepsy, blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and migraine headaches.
Like many things there are facts and truths about Keto but there are also a lot of incorrect information out there as well.
UNDERSTANDING KETO:
Another thing to consider many people still don't understand Keto.
You may find people asking you questions, or telling you they tried it and it did not work. Family and friends may not understand your decision and choice to Keto.
Rumors of Keto being boring or missing your favorite foods is so untrue. Keto has become so popular there are thousands of ways to enjoy Keto,
I will admit Keto can be challenging on the road at restaurants but what I also found in my Keto Life is that my family enjoys time together, making home made meals, and just enjoying life together while eating food!
ARE THERE SOME THAT SHOULD NOT DO KETO:
Even though I love Keto I believe a Healthy Lifestyle may work as well. There may be some reasons why Keto may not be for you but you could still change to a Healthy Lifestyle and it would still benefit your overall health and happiness!
IS A KETO LIFESTYLE MORE EXPENSIVE:
I would say YES because your buying more fatty meats and Fish is a big part of the Keto food program, also buying fruits and veggies that organic or chemical free cost more, adding nuts are a little expensive.
However, I would than ask you what is better? Spending more money on good healthy food now, or spending all your time and money on prescriptions, medical care on future illness!
To Keto or not to Keto is a choice you will have to make!
