Though some of the benefits from our Keto lifestyle does include losing weight I believe there is a big difference between losing some weight and having a complete lifestyle.  PRO BASS IS LOCATED AT 1935 S Campbell Street in Springfield, MO. it is open 7 days per week opening around 8 AM and closing around 9 PM except Sundays opens at 9 AM and closing at 7 PM. If you come to Springfield Missouri or even live here the Pro Bass Shop is just a fun place to visit. The store is huge and there also is a Aquarium called Wonders of Wildlife Natural Museum and Aquarium. The address is listed different than Pro Bass Shops but it is located at the same location. There is a fee for the Aquarium but the rest of the displays and museums in the store all are free. The aquarium address is listed as 500 W Sunshine , Springfield, MO. The Price runs from $20 to $40 but they do offer discounts sometimes. Hours are similar as the Pro Bass Shops as listed above. Maybe you decided to jump into the delivery or passenger pick up business in 2021 or maybe you have been doing it part time or maybe you have made a full time self employment for yourself. What is it really like out there in 2021 however, with Covid 19, no cap on drivers, and is there work available? The Covid 19 had just hit the area and business and restaurants shut down and deliveries exploded. One of my biggest complaints with Doordash, Uber or Lyft is the companies do not cap drivers in any one certain area. Once I transferred all my stuff I found out fast Uber and Uber Eats did not compare to Reno where I had moved from there was never a day I could not log on and find work. On most days I made anywhere from 15 to 20 dollars per hour, but here in Springfield I found out many people traveled out of the area to Kansas Cit

 CARGO announces closing operations effective Feb 28th at 6 PM in Springfield Missouri. This company founded about 5 years ago was a delivery service, and transportation service for many. In a short blog to customers and contractors the company explains the reason for closure partially due to Covid 19. The company had been struggling before Covid 19 but the cost of operating the company became to much as the company lost revenues it became impossible financially for the company to continue. It will be a loss here in Springfield Missouri as the company had quite a few full time and part time contractors. However it may be good for Doordash and Uber Eats to pick up the business. It may also help Uber and Lyft drivers in the area.

On Saturday February 20th I decided to venture out with my grandson Ayden, my daughter Alyssa and her boyfriend Leo. The arcade is located at 400 South Jefferson Ave in Spring field MO. It is located in an area where as parking is difficult we had to park several blocks away and walk to the arcade.  As far as mask currently the company is enforcing wearing a mask for customers however I saw several employees not wearing the mask. The arcade is open Wednesday to Saturday 4 PM to 11 PM.  The charge is $10 per person for entry and you can play as many games as you want and stay as long as you want. However some of the pinball games are not free. Though I loved the idea I found myself really disappointed in the arcade. There are two levels of the arcade but as far as how many games there really was not an impressive amount of games.  Also my grandson, daughter, and her boyfriend all got bored within 2 hours. I had an issue with Uber and it was never resolved. I decided to stop doing passenger pick ups and delivery for a while. I had not been doing much of anything for Uber or Doordash since Jan 2020 when I moved to Springfield Missouri. I had been pretty active for the past 2 years in Reno/Sparks Nevada. I quickly found out it was very difficult to make a living here in Springfield Missouri doing Uber and Doordash when I moved here in January 2020. I even started contracting for two smaller companies Cargo and Republic Delivery but the fact was I could not rely on the work available to keep myself self employed so I took a full time position.  Since than I only did about 6 to 10 Independent Contracting jobs in 2020, and none in 2021. I started with uber in 2017 along with doordash and for these past years up to January 1st 2021 I had no issues with Uber. I did a whole series on youtube under Tomsik Delivery on the companies. So lets tell my side of the story here in 2021 Uber did a background check with a company called Checkr.  All the sudden my account had a notice to contact the support.  So I call support only to be told to contact Checkr. So I email Checker and run ny background check to only find out they have all the wrong information but on my Uber account all my information is correct.  I try to call Uber support but my calls are blocked and only go to a message that they can not handle this over the phone. So I decided to go to the Twitter support and after numerous times I am put off by Uber. I email Checkr and than I email executives at Uber with no response. This goes on the entire month of January, and currently today in February has not been resolved. All I want is my account open so I can deliver o

Sugar is used in many products in America.   If you are looking to eat healthy, live a healthy life, even if your not living a Keto lifestyle sugar is a big part of the process of changing the way we eat. Sugar can create weight gain, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, depression, and other issues. The American Heart Association research shows men should not consume more than 150 calories per day or 37.5 grams, and women should not consume more than 100 calories per day or 25 grams. So what can replace sugar is a good question. My wife Annie and I have taken some time to research alternatives to sugar.
